2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 190, 126 ( 2 ), 127 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109 (1) , 329 ( 4 ), 324 ( 4 ), 352 and 351 ( 2 ) of BNS.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90196 of 2025(3) dt.17-02-2026 2/3 3 . As per F.I.R., on 14.09.2025 at about 07:11 Pm, all the accused persons including these petitioners and 40- 50 unknown persons, armed variously, came at the house of informant and threw stones and bricks and also abused informant and others. It is further alleged that accused persons assaulted both the sons of informant and damaged household articles and when police arrived accused persons fled away from the spot.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Injuries caused by these petitioners are simple in nature . Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature to make the case grave . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J M 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Mednichowki P.S.
