2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.86 of 2024(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 I). For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of Private Respondents Nos. 7 to 12 who are threatening the petitioner to eliminate him and filing false cases against this petitioner;

(ii). For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to maintain law and order on the land of the petitioner and restrain the Private Respondents So that they could not disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner.

3. The Officer-in-charge, Routa Police Station, Purnia is directed to act in accordance with law so that the citizens are not being harassed by the lumpen elements unnecessarily.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.

5. If the Officer-in-charge, Routa Police Station, Purnia does not protect the petitioner then the petitioner may approach this Court in contempt jurisdiction. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
