The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 213 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim girl, recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. contained in Annexure-2, wherein she has stated that out of her own sweet will she left her house and went to Haryana on 26.09.2017 and nobody abducted her, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to
