03-05-2018 Heard Sri Raj Kishor Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Rajendra Singh Shastriji, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Two petitioners, who are in custody in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 324, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 360, 295(A), 188, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, have prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the eve of Ram Navami, some untoward incident has taken place, in which, the police maliciously named about 89 persons and 100

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26518 of 2018(2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 unknown persons as accused in the F.I.R. It has been argued that both the petitioners, being resident of same locality, have been made accused and they are languishing in jail. Let both the petitioners namely Shree Sant Kumar and Prince Raj Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Town P.S.
