2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed for quashing the office order passed by the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Board, Patna (Respondent No. 3), contained in Memo No. 2267 dated 06.12.2023, whereby and

Patna High Court CWJC No.971 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 whereunder the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Board, Patna (Respondent No. 3) has approved the appointment of Respondent No. 11, 12 and 13 at the post of Assistant teachers holding them to be eligible for getting salaries as fixed by the State Government. Though, the managing committee of Sri Shankar Sanskrit Middle School Madansath, Block Manjhi, District Saran, Chhapra has not adopted a fair and transparent process for appointing the Assistant teachers, rather the Managing Committee has adopted a pick and choose method and further for holding and declaring the appointment of respondent No. 11 to 13 as Assistant Teacher at Sri Shankar Sanskrit Middle School Madansath, Block Manjhi, District Saran, Chhapra to be illegal.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to assail the order impugned in the instant writ application in accordance with law before an appropriate forum.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the instant writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
