2. The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 429 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 406, 324 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the allegation of having accepted Rs. 25,00,000/- for purchasing a piece of land. It is submitted that except such bald allegation, there is not a chit of paper to support the complainant's claim of having paid the aforesaid amount to the petitioner. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Be that as it may, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Aman Papnai learned Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 429 of 2017
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84344 of 2019(4) dt.19-03-2020 2/2 on the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) That the petitioner shall not indulge in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial.
(iii) The petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
