JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 341, 376, 511, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. Considering the vague allegations made in the FIR against the petitioner and that there is no whisper against him on the basis of which the ingredients of the offences under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act can be said to be made against him, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26454 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
