JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is a lady aged about 82 years, is apprehending arrest in connection with Patnacity Chowk P.S. Case No. 82 of 2016 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 342, 307, 387, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no specific overt act against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady aged about 82 years old and she has no criminal antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant bail to her. Let the petitioner, above-
