2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case no. 15 of 2023 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.

3. It is case of dowry death of the informant's sister due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioner No.1 is mother-in-law and

They have no concern with the mess and business of the deceased as well as from her husband and they are living separately since long from them. Similarly situated other co-accused person(father-in-law of the deceased) has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 57377 of 2023.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Panapur P.S. Case no. 15 of 2023, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) on each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II Saran at Chapra subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
