2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 399 of 2024 arising out of Narayanpur P. S. Case No. 13/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death and petitioner is alleged to be second wife of the husband of niece (deceased) of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. She is simply a victim of over implication. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus and thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased. Petitioner is lady, claims clean

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4018 of 2025(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 antecedent and she is in custody since 22.06.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody and other facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 5th, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with S.T. No. 399 of 2024 arising out of Narayanpur P. S. Case No. 13/2024.
