Mr. Prakash Kumar learned counsel representing the petitioner and Mr. P.K.Verma, learned senior counsel for the Respondent- Bihar State Road Transport Corporation ( for short 'Corporation') are appearing and making submissions from their residence. The Court Master and Secretary are also part of this virtual court proceedings from their homes, all with the aid of audio visual technology.

The writ petition has been filed claiming retiral dues under various heads by the petitioner, who was working as Store-cum- workshop Clerk in the respondent-Corporation. It is submitted that earlier the petitioner had filed C.W.J.C. No. 19044 of 2018. The same was resolved in the High Court Lok Adalat and the obligation was cast as a result of the order passed by the Lok Adalat on the Chief Accounts Officer of the Respondent-Corporation to consider the petitioner's claim and dispose it off and to take appropriate steps as a result of such consideration.

The learned Senior counsel submits that pursuant to the said order passed by the Lok Adalat in July, 2019, the Chief Accounts Officer (Respondent no.4) has disposed off the petitioner's claim for retiral dues under order dated 24.02.2020 paying the amounts found due and admissible. Mr. Prakash Kumar appearing for the petitioner, however, seriously disputes the amount paid thereunder and submits that much remains to be paid to him as a substantial period of service has been excluded while calculating his retiral dues. He submits that he would be assailing the order of the Chief Accounts Officer dated 24.02.2020.
