2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 24.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 21784 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed because the petitioner was an absconder. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, the application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6666 of 2024(2) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Awtar Nagar Police Station, Saran at Chapra on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
