2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. For issuance of direction to the respondents to provide a copy of the OMR sheet of the petitioner having Roll No.6026100066, Examination Centre:

Notre Dame Public School Belbagh,

Patna High Court CWJC No.487 of 2025(2) dt.24-01-2025 2/3 Bettiah, West Champaran., whereby written Examination for the post of Bihar Police constables conducted by Central Selection Board (Constable Selection) was held on 25/08/2024 vide Advt. No. 01/2023.

II) For further issuance of direction to the Respondents to provide the cut off marks as well as answer key of aforesaid mentioned written examination for male and female (All categories) along with the marks obtained by the petitioner in the written examination.

III) For further providing the details of the normalization scheme adopted by the respondent while conducting the written examination as examination held for 6 days in different shifts at different locations.

IV)For further direction to allow the petitioner to appear in the physical test if she is found eligible after the verification.

V) For any other relief/reliefs for which the Petitioner may be deemed entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.487 of 2025(2) dt.24-01-2025 3/3 petitioner has filed a representation before the Chairman, Central Selection Board (Constable Selection), Patna, Bihar on 09.12.2024, but till date, no decision has been taken.

4. Learned Counsel for Central Selection Board submits that a direction may be given to dispose off the petitioner's representation.

5. In this background, this writ petition is hereby disposed off directing the Chairman, Central Selection Board (Constable Selection), Patna, Bihar (respondent no.3) to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner within 30 days from the date of production of this order.
