2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 352 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have caused grievous injury to one Naveen Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute, altercation took place. Both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.09.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Jharakhar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024.
