The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sahebganj P.S. case No. 168/ 2019 registered under Section 272, 273 of the IPC and u/s 30(a), 30(d), 30(g), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The informant got information that petitioner and her husband both were indulged in manufacturing illicit liquor from Mahua. On such, a raid was conducted and different articles meant for manufacturing liquor from Mahua were recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that husband of the petitioner has already been granted bail. There is no material to show that petitioner was indulged in manufacturing liquor from Mahua in her house along with her husband but it appears that there is specific allegation that

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
