2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) for setting aside the order dated 17.11.2023 passed by the District Public Grievance Redressal officer Madhepura in Complaint No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.590 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 2/3 411110128102302721 whereby and whereunder it has been observed than order passed by the SubDivisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer Uda-Kishunganj District Madhepura in Complaint No. 411116021022302277 cannot be implemented; (ii) for direction upon the Respondents to implement the order passed by the Sub. Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer UdaKishunganj in Complaint No.

411116021022302277 as contained in Annexure-2 as well as the order dated 27.07.2023 passed by the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer Madhepura, Contained in Annexure-4 directing. The C.O. Uda-Kishunganj and SHO Udakishungan P.S. to the implement the order aforesaid;

(iii) for issuance of an appropriate writ directing the respondents to remove illegal possession over the petitioners land bearing Plot No. 867 R.S. Khata No. 487 under Mouza Udakishunganj District Madhepura as he has been illegally disposed by the Respondent No. 8.

3. At the outset, learned State Counsel submitted that

Patna High Court CWJC No.590 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 3/3 it is a dispute between private individuals and the recourse before the petitioner is either the competent Civil Court and/or the Code of Criminal Procedure.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the concerned Police Official, the Station Head Officer, Madhepura with a proper petition so that peace prevails on the land in question.

5. The said liberty is always available to an individual much less the petitioner herein.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
