The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26(II), 35 of the Arms Act.
The police, according to the case of the prosecution, is said to have raided a Kabristan and thereafter, a loaded pistol and motorcycle were recovered from the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the recovery of motorcycle is concerned, it is clear

The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is incarcerated since more than six months i.e. from 31.10.2017, hence, the present case is a fit case for grant of bail. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017.
