2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 417, 419, 420, 465 , 467, 468 , 471 , 472, 473 , 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 As per the prosecution case, on secret information, a raid was conducted in the house of the petitioner and recovered three finger print scanners connected to an OTG connector, a tooth brush, a seizure, a small Vaseline dubba, two SIM cards wrapped in a white page, a steel card holder, and two ATM cards from AXIS Bank and SBI Bank .

Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession of the petitioner. Seizure list has also not been prepared as per provision of Section 100 of Cr. P . C . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. He is in custody since 07.08.2023 .

5 Considering the aforesaid facts and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

6 Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM. Purnea in connection with Cyber P . S. Case No. 13 of 2023 .
