2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 374/2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 303(2),318(4),281,285(a) (b),3(5) of the BNS and Sections 30(a), 32, 36, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise as amended up-to date.

3. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on prearrest bail.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may seek regular bail before the learned District Court. The learned District Court is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86154 of 2025(2) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 directed to pass a necessary order, in accordance with law, on the basis of materials available on record, on the same day, the bail application is filed, without any further delay and without being prejudiced by any observation made by this Court.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
