2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 instituted under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired at the information and his brother.
4. Though, the allegation against the petitioner is of firing but learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner was not present on the spot and with regard to the same, an application has been filed before the police.
5. When the informant is himself exonerating the

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea/ concerned Court in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 6 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
