Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30035 of 2018 (2) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 The petitioners are in custody since 27.03.2018 in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No.95 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 324, 435,436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 360, 295A, 188, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was an incident of stone pelting while the procession was crossing the Muslim area and some people are said to have been injured. It is submitted that the petitioners were only bystanders and that they have been roped in only because they were members of the crowd. There is no specific allegation against the present petitioners.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners are said to be merely members of the crowd, let all the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S.
