This Court, vide order, dated 22.11.2013, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47033 of 2013 granted the bail to the petitioner with the condition mentioned therein.

The Court below cancelled the bail vide order, dated 03.04.2018, as the petitioner has not complied the order of his physical appearance.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 31.01.2018 and he also undertakes that he will remain present on each and every date, fixed in the case. In view of this undertaking, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S. Tr. No. 321 of 2014 arising

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29913 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 out of Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 87 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge, III, Bhagalpur, on the same terms and conditions mentioned in the order, dated 12.03.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11807 of 2014.
