The petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are in custody since 04.03.2018 and 05.03.2018, respectively, in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No.16 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later, Section 302 I.P.C. was also added.
Considering the fact that even in the diary the material which has surfaced against these two petitioners is that being general and omnibus in nature and that the petitioners have no

No.32124 of 2018 (3) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 criminal history, let both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa, District-Nalanda, in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No.16 of 2018.
