The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is regarding unknown accused persons demanding extortion money from the bus driver and during the course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has transpired in the present case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in the present case on account of suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.3.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28541 of 2018 (2) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 submits that the petitioner was subsequently implicated in other cases, which are pending against him, after filing of the present case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S.
