2. This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Mufassil Police Station Case No. 141 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim and others.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and it has come during investigation that both side involved themselves in throwing bricks. The petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2023.

5. Considering the period of period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Mufassil Police Station Case No. 141 of 2023.
