JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 10 litres of liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner and it appears that he is accused in one more case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been in judicial custody for a month and ready to abide by any condition imposed on him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Let the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83271 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -II-cum-Special Judge Excise, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019 subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Trial Court.
