JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 9.4.2018, seeks bail in Jalalpur PS Case No. 73 of 2017 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner was disclosed by one of the apprehended accused, however he was not present there and similarly situated other coaccused Alok Kumar Singh has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 38987 of 2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bittu Kumar Singh @ Bittu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM 9th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur PS Case No. 73 of 2017.
