The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018 for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner and others having taken away the victim girl to Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl is a married lady and in her statement made under section 164 Cr.P.C., she has not stated that either the petitioner herein had taken her forcibly to Delhi or had committed any sexual assault on her. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.01.2018 and is having clean a clean antecedent.
