2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trail No. 1003 of 2024 arising out of Mashrakh P. S. Case No. 282 of 2023 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 302/34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against petitioner and other accused persons is that they committed murder of son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Informant is not an eye witness

Similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted regular bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 24.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81088 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2024. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Chapra, Saran in connection with Sessions Trail No. 1003 of 2024 arising out of Mashrakh P. S. Case No. 282 of 2023.
