The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail Darbhanga (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No.186 of 2019, DistrictSitamarhi, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 335 bottles, each containing 300 ml. Nepali Liquor, kept in different bags, in front of the toilet, situated at Platform No.1 of Bairgania Railway Station from where the petitioner was apprehended. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82779 of 2019(2) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 custody since 13.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Rail Darbhanga (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No.186 of 2019.
