JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 17.02.2018, seeks bail in Atri PS Case No. 249 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnised with son of the petitioner 12 years back, she was tortured for further demand of dowry and in that connection the accused persons killed her and disposed of the dead body. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that daughter-inlaw of the petitioner died due to accidental burn injury, Section 304B is not attributed in the present case, mother of the deceased was examined during trial and she has not supported the case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ramashish Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM V, Gaya in connection with Atri PS Case No. 249 of 2016.
