2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 53 of 2022 arising out of Kako P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 366(a), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of abducting the victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and from the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 53 of 2022 arising out of Kako P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022.
