2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 336(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 67 of the IT Act.
3. Based upon the written report, the informant alleges that her marriage was solemnized an year ago. This petitioner by creating a fake Id on the Facebook has made some of the photographs of the informant and her family members viral and also written some vulgar statement, due to which the dignity and prestige of the informant and her family has been degraded and put on threat.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that in fact prior to the marriage of the informant, the informant had in good relationship with the petitioner. The informant is none else but the sister-in-law of the cousin sister of the petitioner. Since both the parties are close relatives and they were having the photographs in their respective mobiles. However, some unscrupulous person, taking advantage of this fact, by creating a forged Id on Facebook, has made the photographs of the informant viral. The petitioner has no role, and in fact he has been working in private company at Chennai for the last ten years, having a son of four years. The petitioner bears fair antecedent and he undertakes that he will fully co-operate in the investigation and in the proceeding of the Court.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State opposed the pre-arrest bail application and submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of serious in nature.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the nature of allegation and the fact that technical investigation is required to come to the conclusion of the complicity of the petitioner in the crime, coupled with the fair antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his

No.89288 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 3/3 arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned I/C A.C.J.M.-I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. with a condition that if the petitioner is found indulged in such type of activities in future, the informant shall be at liberty to file a proper application for action against the petitioner before the jurisdictional Court, with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
