Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/120B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and other accused persons have been alleged to have kidnapped informant's daughter for the purpose to kill her.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. Petitioner has no role in kidnapping of informant's daughter. While referring to section 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim in which her age has been mentioned as 19 years, he submits that the victim has stated that she herself left the house and went to Delhi and solemnized marriage with the petitioner in the temple and is enjoying happy conjugal life with him.

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad(Kalpa) Police Station Case No. 213/2019 on the following conditions:-

(1) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and on his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.

(2) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
