The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioners herein having taken the ornaments of the wife of the informant and thereafter they are said to have misappropriated the same. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case and they are languishing in custody since 02.10.2019 and are having clean

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80753 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 antecedents. It is also submitted that since the charge sheet has already been filed by the Police and there is no requirement of any custodial interrogation as far as the petitioners are concerned.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019.
