Mr. Sri Matloob Rab, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and throwing her dead body in the mustard field.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant and they have falsely been implicated in this case mere on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28692 of 2018(2) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 suspicion. It is further submitted that it would appear from the F.I.R. that Sujit Kumar, son of the petitioners, had informed about committing suicide by the deceased, daughter of the informant, by hanging herself to the informant. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
