JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2020 Initially the writ petition was filed for quashing the order dated 30.08.2019 passed by the Registrar, Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was expelled from the hostel of the University and was further debarred from attending classes and from appearing in the examination during the current semester. The learned counsel appearing for the University

Patna High Court CWJC No.24542 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 submits that the petitioner has now been automatically provisionally promoted to the next semester and he will have to attend the classes of such courses whenever it is held in the odd/ even semester. It is further submitted that the petitioner has also been permitted to register in the subsequent semester and has further been permitted to take his examination of the debarred semester in the examination going to be held in 2020 along with the attending students.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid position, as existing on facts and narrated by the learned counsel for the respondents University, hence, submits that now no further directions are required.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed, specially in light of the notice issued by the Central University of South Bihar, Gaya dated 30.01.2020. It is needless to state that the fees for the next semester be accepted from the petitioner herein forthwith. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Tiwary/- U
