1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of appropriate writ including a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding respondents to forth with sanction and pay the exgratia payment to the department /legal heirs of the employee who died in harness and also pay one time grant of Rs. 1,50,000/- payable to that Home Guard Jawan who completed Twenty years of service.

(ii) Issuance of an appropriate writ including writ in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to nominate as a

(iii) Issuance of appropriate writ including a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to pay all the medical expenses incurred during treatment of Homeguard Jawan who died in harness on duty.

(iv) Issuance of an appropriate writ including a writ in the nature of the writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to pay all the dues with interest from the time they become due till the actual payment of the dues."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
