The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sanjhauli P. S. Case No. 128 of 2019 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners were among 50-60 miscreants who surrounded two shops and house of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is no any overt act including firing alleged against the petitioners.

No.81415 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that allegation was levelled against 50-60 persons including these petitioners, who have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Sanjhauli P. S. Case No. 128 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
