The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS Commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to initiate a Mutation proceeding of Mutation and Mutate the land of petitioner in his favour for which petitioner has represented his claim on time without number.

(ii) Further for direction to the respondent authorities that after completion of Mutation

Patna High Court CWJC No.412 of 2025(2) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 proceeding rent receipt be issued in his favour after accepting the revenue amount from petitioner.

(iii) Further for direction to the respondent authorities to take a proper and judicious decision for mutation of land in his favour upon the representations filed by the petitioner.

(iv) Further for issuance of any other writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for which petitioner shall be found entitled Under the facts and circumstances as stated herein below for equitable justice.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that his mutation application is not being proceeded by the Circle Officers, Silao and Rajgir.

4. If it is so, the concerned Circle Officers are directed to take steps in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
