The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari, setting aside the order dated 24.08.2022 passed in Anganbari Appeal Case No.02/2022 by which he was pleased to set-aside the order dated 26.04.2021 passed in Case No.15 of 2019 by which the selection of Private Respondent Soni Kumari

Patna High Court CWJC No.2596 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 Chouhan was set-aside.

(ii) To issue a writ of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondents, allow the petitioner to discharge her duty as Anganbari Sevika for the centre in question."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
