The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 361 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding recovery of stolen motorcycle from the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and is having a clean antecedent. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit a some of Rs. 25,000/- in cash before the Nazarat of the learned court below in order to secure the privilege of anticipatory bail.

No.81479 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below, subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 25,000/ before the Nazarat of the learned civil court at Gopalganj and further subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.361 of 2019.

The present petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
