The petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhagadh P.S.Case No.134 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the IPC.

As per prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was married with Om Prakash Sahni and she fled away along with the petitioner with her son and daughter, later on she returned and informed the same to him. It is also alleged that he came to know that the petitioner and other accused persons under a conspiracy killed her and in order to disappear the dead body, thrown the dead body in a sugarcane field.

No.84325 of 2019(3) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is no eye witness against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2019, chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. It has further been submitted that there is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence Heard learned APP who also does not controvert the above fact.

In view of the above fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Fast Track Court-I, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagadh P.S.Case No.134 of 2017 with condition that he will cooperate in the disposal of the trial and appear as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
