2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon respondents authorities to remove the encroachment over the road made by the Respondent No. 7, violating the order passed in the proceeding under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. by the Respondent No. 4 without any fear.

(ii) Any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled under the law."

4. This application is misconceived as this Court is not an executing Court.
