JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For issuance of writ petition in the nature of Certorari for cancellation of sale deed no. 3605 dated 6.07.2020 and sale deed No.

5414 dated 22.7.2021 respectively since both the sale deeds executed illegally and not in accordance with law.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature

Patna High Court CWJC No.1590 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 of Mandamus commanding the respondent, specially Respondent no.6 not to mutate the land which has been mentioned in sale deed no.

3605 dated 6.7.20 and 5414 dated 22.7.21.

(ii) For commanding the Respondents as to why the representation filed by the petitioner has not been disposed of as yet."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
