2. It is the petitioner's claim that after serving the State Government of Bihar for nearly 38 years, he superannuated from service on 31.07.2019 while holding the post of Principal Private Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar. It is also his case that he has submitted his pension form enclosing necessary documents three months prior to the date of his retirement.

3. He has a grievance that he is not being paid his post retiral dues including pension, gratuity and commuted value of

Patna High Court CWJC No.25446 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 pension etc. It is also his case that certain arrears of salary is also due for payment.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar (respondent no. 5) to ensure that all admissible post retiral dues with statutory interest, if any, are paid to the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
