Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49911 of 2017 with a direction to the learned trial court that once the petitioner files bank draft of Rs.13 lac before learned trial court, on being satisfied with the same, he will release the petitioner on provisional bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.348 of 2017 to his own satisfaction and the petitioner will continue to deposit rest amount in two equal installment of Rs.13 lac each just after three months of the second instalment and if the court is satisfied with the deposit of the whole amount, he will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner, otherwise, bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30638 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 of the petitioner shall be cancelled. Needless to say that deposit of amount shall be subject to result of the case and may be released in favour of O.P.No.2, if such application is filed. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has deposited two installments, but he prays for more time to deposit the last instalment.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant.

In view of the fact as stated above for payment of last installment, two months further time is allowed. With the above observation, this application is disposed of .
