2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 1127 of 2023, G.R. No. 3769 of 2023 dated 02.11.2023, lodged under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against five named accused persons, including the petitioners. The petitioners are accused in assaulting the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He

He further submits that the injury caused to the victim is simple in nature. He also submits that the allegations levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioners are the main accused in assaulting the victim.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 1127 of 2023, G.R. No. 3769 of 2023.
