2. This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Laheri Police Station Case No. 573 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have committed theft in the shop of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in jail since 15.09.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
