2.The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against petitioner is to secure job of Prakhand /block teacher on the basis of forged documents.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that due to lack of knowledge

No. 15459 of 2014 of this Court, the petitioner could not resign within time. It is submitted that after termination petitioner never went to school. While concluding argument, it is submitted that initially documents was found genuine but subsequently for the reason best known to department, it was said forged. It is further submitted that investigation of this case is pending since more than two years. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP, opposed the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of nature of accusation, where petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1, Hilsa, Nalanda/concerned Court, where
